We ship using UPS, DHL, and USPS and are selected at our discretion. Orders sent to a PO box are shipped with USPS only. If you have a carrier preference, please contact us.
SPECIAL HANDLING:
HEAVY and/or OVERSIZED items may require additional freight and handling charges. Please contact us for special handling freight cost.
FREE SHIPPING:
FREE shipping applies only to items shipped in normal domestic ground parcels in the continental United States. HEAVY, OVER-SIZED, and/or INTERNATIONAL items are excluded from free shipping.
ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & US TERRITORIES:
Normal carrier rates apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please call
for cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes, tariffs and/or duties on foreign/international orders (countries other than the United States). Any customs, tariffs and/or import duties may be charged before or once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs clearance will be the responsibility of the consignee. Refusal to pay duties, tariffs and/or custom taxes resulting in the package being held, seized or returned by customs is considered to be refusal and abandonment of the shipment by the customer. All foreign/international sales are final.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Express or expedited shipping is available for non-oversized/heavy and in stock items upon request within the contiguous U.S. Please call for cost.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Once the package is picked up by the carrier, CW Moss is no longer in control and is unable to change the shipment process. If the shipment is damaged or lost by the carrier or in customs, an insurance claim will be filed. As part of the insurance claim process, the buyer or intended recipient must complete a claim statement (affidavit).
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
Refused shipments from UPS or DHL due to the package being visibly damaged and items are most likely damaged, we will issue a replacement order as soon as the package is returned/received by us. Refused shipments that are not damaged are considered abandoned by the customer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.
SHIPMENTS AFTER DELIVERY:
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, we are not responsible and offer no recourse.
