RETURNS:
Parts may be returned within 30 days (some exclusions apply) as long as the parts are unused and returned in the original packaging. When returning a part, please make sure to enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip with a reason for the return. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method shortly after the product is received and inspected. Please do not return parts C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. We do NOT accept returns on gift certificates, electrical parts, wood parts, parts that have been installed or used, nor printed materials.
We pride ourselves on “Satisfaction Guaranteed” to all customers. If there is a problem, please contact us within 30 days. All rebuilt parts carry a ninety day warranty as long as you have your receipt.
