Made for Model A's with a rear-mounted spare tire, this bracket lends extra support to the Spare Tire Carrier (A-1379-B).
This bracket is sandwiched between the Trunk Inner Panel (AM-126) and the Below Deck Lid Panel (AM-100, AM-101, or AM-102).
Though this item is intended for 1930-31, it can be shortened to work on 1928-29.
