Order Policies

PAYMENT:

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. We do not ship C.O.D. 

BACK ORDERS:

While our inventory is large, we sometimes are “out of stock” on certain items. When an item is out of stock, you will notified by us with an expected ETA. 

DAMAGED PARTS:

Please inspect your order when it is received. If damage is noted or you are missing any items, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. If the package was damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier and keep the merchandise and packaging material in the condition received for the carrier to inspect for an insurance claim. Additional insurance above and beyond insurance that is included by the carrier, must be requested and paid for by the customer.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

Refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All foreign orders require advance payment in U.S. funds for product and shipment. All foreign sales are final.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customer shall pay for all duties and taxes associated with the order.
